Mirja is a cellist and a double bass player from Finland. She have worked as a performer, studio musician, in theatre and as a cello teacher for several years. I have a classical background but she is also interested for example in jazz, rock, folk and experimental music. She lives currently in Tallinn, where she studies in the Master of Contemporary Music and Improvisation in Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. At the moment she plays in the bands 'Motelli Skronkle', 'Nirvana Tribute' and 'Duo Bagatelle'.
